Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Alyne Oliver Cleaning website and to estimate requests made through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
About our services
Alyne Oliver Cleaning provides residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning and office cleaning for clients in the Panama City area, Florida. Service descriptions, checklists and service areas on this website are general summaries. They are not a guarantee that a specific service is available for every property, date or location.
Estimates and bookings
Submitting a form, calling or emailing us does not create a booking or a contract. Estimates are based on the information you provide and may change after we see the property or learn more about the scope of work, such as size, condition, access or timeline.
Services are confirmed only when we agree on the scope, schedule and price directly with you. The terms of that agreement, including payment, scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation, control the work we perform and take priority over anything on this website.
Your responsibilities
When you request an estimate or book a service, you agree to:
- Give us accurate and complete information about yourself, the property and the work needed
- Have the legal right to request services at the property, or permission from the owner or manager
- Provide safe access to the property and tell us about any hazards, such as damaged structures, mold, sharp debris, pests or hazardous materials
- Remove or secure valuables, cash and fragile or irreplaceable items before services begin
Move-in and move-out cleaning
Move-in and move-out cleaning is performed in empty or mostly empty homes and does not include repairs, painting, junk removal or hazardous material removal unless we agree to it in writing. You confirm that you are authorized to grant access to the property and to request the work.
Pets, access and special care
Please tell us in advance about pets, alarm systems, gate or door codes, and any surfaces or items that need special care. We will follow reasonable instructions, but we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear, loose or faulty fixtures, or conditions that were not disclosed to us.
Communications
By giving us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request and any services you book. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts or tell us at any time to stop contacting you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Use of this website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not submit false information, send spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems, or interfere with how it works.
